Returns & Refunds Policy

We believe that you will love the products but in the few cases that need returns, we try to provide a frictionless return policy for clothes and apparels. 

To return products, they should not be used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. Returns should be initiated within 3 days of receiving delivery. All refunds will be back to the same payment method that was used earlier.

Users can either ship or drop the products at our Dallas, TX location. Users will only have to pay for return shipping to our Dallas, USA facility (major sites from India need paid return shipping to India). We make sure our general price for products are super low for 99% of the time when there is no return, and when a return is still needed the total price is still reasonable.

For return shipping, we can also provide a return (paid) shipping label and arrange for pickup from your home (where available).

All refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the product at our Dallas location, though there can be extra delays depending on the bank receiving those refunds. For products shipped from India, there will be a restocking fee of $4 per item. 

Please note that for sweets, snacks and other edible items, we won’t be accepting returns unless there is an issue with the order itself.
