Returns & Refunds Policy
We believe you will love the products but in case of returns, we try to provide a frictionless return policy.
Products should not be used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. All refunds will be back to the same payment method that was used earlier. User should either ship or drop the products at our Dallas, TX location. For any return shipping, users will have to pay for the same. We can also provide a return (paid) shipping label and arrange for pickup from your home (where available).
All refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the product at our Dallas location, though there can be extra delays depending on the bank receiving those refunds. Returns should be initiated within 3 days of receiving delivery. For products shipped from India, there will be a restocking fee of $10 per order.
